Quiet and cosy bedroom with its own balcony

Quiet and cosy bedroom, with your own balcony, 3 minutes walk to Pimlico Tube. Despite being so central, my street is super quiet with hardly any car passing by. The area: Zone 1. 3 minutes to tube station: Get to Victoria, Oxford Circus or Kings Cross in less than 15 min with tube. Big Ben & Westminster Abbey 20 minutes' walk. The flat: Private bedroom with balcony Shared bathroom when I am around No access to kitchen but basics provided (kettle, tea/coffee). I live in this small but beautiful 1 bedroom flat intermittently so maybe I’ll be around. You’ll have the bedroom to yourself and the bathroom is shared with me if I’m around. Please note, there is no access to living room and kitchen but coffee/ tea and a kettle are provided. Your room is a good size for two guests and has its own balcony with a chair and a table. You can get the sun on the balcony in the mornings from about 9am till 1pm. So lunch in the sun is possible :) The room is also very practical. Aside from the usual (coffee etc) I am providing all the tech essentials a traveller might need, international adapter, cables for phones, and continental plugs. In the bedroom and in the bathroom you’ll find everything you need; you could just arrive with your toothbrush and you’d be fine ;) Looking forward to having you! Bedroom and bathroom. If I am around I am very happy to share a coffee or a glass of wine with my guests! I will however respect your time and space, and leave it to you to decide on how much you wish to socialise.
